The Iowa Junior Academy of Science symposium will be held with the IAS Annual Meeting on April 20 - 21, 2018 at Buena Vista University. IJAS events are on Friday, April 20th. Middle and high school students present research in oral and poster formats.  Awards and recognition is announced at the IJAS Awards Luncheon on Friday. IJAS attendees are encouraged to experience part or all of the 130th IAS Annual Meeting held on Friday and Saturday. 

Submit your abstracts for the 130th IAS Annual Meeting at Buena Vista University. Submission details and more information is available at www.scienceiniowa.org. The submission deadline is Sunday February 18, 2018.

Iowa Junior Academy of Science middle and high school students participating in the Starr Research Grant Program need to have their proposals submitted by this deadline.
